North Hollywood

North Hollywood is one of the San Fernando Valley’s most active and transit-connected multifamily markets. The neighborhood contains a broad mix of older apartment buildings, smaller rental properties and newer mixed-use developments, with its most concentrated multifamily inventory surrounding the NoHo Arts District. Lankershim, Magnolia and Chandler boulevards provide access to restaurants, entertainment venues, retail and neighborhood services.
