Nick is a Multifamily and Land Development specialist. He focuses on the West Hollywood and Mid-City West submarkets for our group. The predominant submarkets of this deal flow include West Hollywood, Beverly Grove, Melrose/Fairfax, Miracle Mile, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, and their surrounding communities.
Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2017, Nick has developed a deep understanding of investment sales, underwriting, and market dynamics. He is known for his integrity, work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for his clients.
He graduated from California State University Northridge’s (CSUN) David Nazarian College of Business in 2018 with a BS in Business Administration and dual options in Business Law and Real Estate.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys restoring classic cars, spending time with family and friends, and staying active.
