Lauren Woodard is a Multifamily Investment Specialist for the top-producing Tuvia Group within Marcus & Millichap. Leading the group’s efforts across Santa Monica, Venice, Culver City, and Brentwood, Lauren bridges the gap between complex financial analysis and the practical realities of property ownership.​​

Currently completing her degree in Business Law with a focus in Real Estate at the California State University, Northridge (CSUN) David Nazarian College of Business and Economics, Lauren secured an early start in the industry after a standout campus presentation by Jason Tuvia and Nick Mejerski. Impressed by their strategic approach, she reached out to join the team, eager to apply her academic rigor to real-world transactions. Her foundation in residential lending provides her with a sharp, analytical approach to financing, while her immersion in her family’s real estate holdings has given her a rare, "boots-on-the-ground" fluency in the realities of property management. By combining a legal-minded approach with an owner’s long-term vision, Lauren helps her clients navigate the complexities of the Los Angeles rental market with absolute clarity and strategic judgment.

When she isn't analyzing market trends, Lauren is likely traveling or trekking through local trails with her dogs, Duke and Chico. A true creative at heart, she spends her downtime learning to produce music and DJ—hobbies that fuel her passion for rhythm, detail, and staying ahead of the beat.
