Eial is a Multifamily Investment Specialist, focusing on the East San Fernando Valley. He leads the group’s efforts in Lake Balboa, Encino, Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Studio City, and Universal City, along with their neighboring communities.

 

Eial joined Marcus & Millichap in August 2025, bringing with him a lifetime of exposure to the real estate and construction industries. Growing up around his father’s construction company, he spent time walking job sites and observing projects in motion, which gave him a practical understanding of how properties evolve and create value over time.

 

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate from California State University, Northridge’s David Nazarian College of Business in 2025. While at CSUN, he was selected as one of the top students in his class to represent the university as a Team Lead at the 2025 ICSC & UNC Retail Real Estate Case Competition in Las Vegas, competing against top real estate programs from across the nation. Eial’s attention to detail in underwriting and financial analysis, combined with his ability to identify leverage points, ensures he provides strategic guidance that consistently advances his clients’ investment goals.

 

Outside of work, Eial enjoys tinkering with DIY projects around the house, mountain biking on weekends, and deep-sea fishing. He’s also passionate about cars and values time spent with his friends and family.
