Jay Blyakhman is a Multifamily Investment Specialist with Marcus & Millichap’s Tuvia Group, focusing on the West LA submarket. His interest in real estate began when he successfully helped his family rent out units in their property, sparking a lasting appreciation for the investment process and client relationships.

 

Jay graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. During his time there, he was the Founding President of the university’s Poker Club, where he strengthened his leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills. He also completed internships with Make Happy, a London-based innovation consultancy, and the Center for Dialogue and Resolution in Eugene, Oregon, gaining valuable experience in analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving.

 

Recognized for his work ethic, charisma, and determination, Jay is dedicated to building strong relationships and growing his expertise in multifamily investment. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, rock climbing, poker with friends, and staying active through fitness.
