During escrow, the team uncovered major issues, including a tenant who had gone an entire year without paying rent—without management’s knowledge—and electrical panels requiring replacement. Despite these complications, Jason Tuvia and Nick Mejerski kept the transaction together and closed escrow within 30 days to a local private investor.
