DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Joseph Palma earned his degree in Urban Studies and Planning from California State University, Northridge. He began his career with the City of Culver City's Building Safety Department, where he worked as a Permit Technician. In this role, he reviewed permit applications, ensured code compliance, and assisted the public through the permitting process—gaining valuable insight into zoning, municipal operations, and community development.

Driven by a growing passion for real estate, Joseph joined The Tuvia Group, where he leads operational, administrative, and marketing efforts. He leverages his background in urban planning and experience with Culver City to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Focused on increasing the team's exposure, Joseph aims to enhance client relationships and drive deal success.
